1. What We Collect

When you use notachatbot.pro, we collect:

• Form data: Your first name, profession, work task description, AI dream, and 12-month goal. This is used to generate your personalized program.
• Email address: Collected by Stripe during checkout. Used to send your purchase confirmation and program delivery.
• Payment information: Processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number, CVV, or banking details.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To generate your personalized AI program based on your form answers
• To process your payment via Stripe
• To send you your purchase confirmation and program download link
• To contact you if there's an issue with your order

3. Where We Store Your Data

• Supabase (PostgreSQL): Form submissions and order records
• Stripe: Payment processing and transaction records
• Resend: Transactional email delivery

All services use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is only shared with the service providers listed above, strictly for the purpose of delivering your purchase.

5. Data Retention

We retain your form data and order records for as long as needed to deliver your program and provide support. Payment records are retained by Stripe per their own policies.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your data
• Correct any inaccurate information

7. Cookies & Tracking

We use sessionStorage (not cookies) to temporarily hold your form data during the checkout flow. This data is automatically cleared when you close your browser tab.

We use Meta Pixel (Facebook) to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. Meta Pixel may collect data such as pages visited, actions taken (form submissions, purchases), and browser/device information. This data is sent to Meta and governed by Meta's Privacy Policy. You can opt out of Meta tracking via your Facebook Ad Preferences.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
