1. What You're Buying

When you purchase from notachatbot.pro, you receive a personalized digital program (a set of files) generated specifically for you, based on the information you provide in our form. This is a one-time purchase for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Payment

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Prices are displayed in USD ($397) or BRL (R$997) depending on the page version.
• This is a one-time payment. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or hidden fees.

3. Delivery

Your personalized program is generated after purchase and delivered digitally via email within 24 hours. Delivery times may vary but we aim to deliver as quickly as possible.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a fair, results-based refund policy:

• Complete the first 3 modules of your program.
• If you don't save at least 3 hours of work that week, email us within 7 days of delivery.
• We'll either fix your program or issue a full refund. No questions asked.

Refund requests made without completing the first 3 modules, or after 7 days from delivery, will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

5. Intellectual Property

• The program content, structure, templates, and methodology are proprietary to notachatbot.pro.
• You may use the program and its outputs for your personal and professional work.
• You may not resell, redistribute, share, or publicly post the program or any part of it.
• You may not use the program to create competing products or services.

6. Requirements

To use the program, you need:

• A computer (Mac, Windows, or Linux)
• A Claude Pro subscription ($20/month from Anthropic — not included in your purchase)

We are not affiliated with Anthropic. Claude Code is a product of Anthropic, and its use is subject to Anthropic's own terms of service.

7. Disclaimer

The program is an educational tool. Results vary depending on your profession, effort, and how you apply what you learn. We do not guarantee specific income, time savings, or career outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, notachatbot.pro's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the program. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
